Part Time Sales Associate 16-24hrs – Ashford Designer Outlet
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join a new team in Ashford, bringing energy, empathy, and an eye for style to every customer interaction. This is more than a sales role — it’s about creating memorable experiences, building lasting relationships, and representing a premium retail environment with pride.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering outstanding service and ensuring every client feels valued.
- Driving personal and store sales targets with confidence.
- Sharing styling ideas, product knowledge, and collection stories.
- Building strong client relationships and using CRM tools to personalise experiences.
- Supporting store operations, from VM standards to stock management.
- Working collaboratively with your team to maintain a seamless store environment.

- Experience in fashion or premium retail with a natural passion for fashion.
- Strong people skills — approachable, empathetic, and confident in building rapport.
