Objetivo de la Pasantía: Posibilitar una experiencia laboral, que asegure un aporte a la formación del pasante y permita el comienzo de una carrera laboral, al finalizar el período de pasantía.

Funciones Principales

  • Participar activamente en las capacitaciones o entrenamiento del área donde fue ubicado a fin de adquirir los conocimientos básicos del funcionamiento del área y de la organización.
  • Asumir y realizar responsablemente las tareas asignadas en el área donde fue ubicado para contribuir con su desarrollo profesional y con el cumplimiento de las metas del área.
  • Impulsar la experiencia del cliente y colaborador a través de su compromiso y apoyo en el servicio, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la apropiación de la cultura de servicio.
