PA/Secretary and Receptionist
We’re looking for an organised, adaptable and highly professional PA/Secretary and Receptionist to join our Secretarial & Administration team for a 12 month period. This is a varied, visible role for someone who enjoys keeping people organised, producing high-quality work and helping a busy office run smoothly.
Due to the reception and office-based elements of this role, there will be no hybrid working option and you will be expected to work in the office full-time five days a week between 9 am and 6pm.
The Opportunity
- Provide trusted PA and secretarial support to Partners, Managers and teams across the firm
- Coordinate diaries, meetings, travel and client-facing materials with accuracy and professionalism
- Create polished correspondence, presentations, bids and internal communications
- Help deliver a welcoming, professional reception and office experience
- Contribute flexibly across administration, events, client checks, billing and facilities support

Key Requirements
- Strong written, editorial and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A polished, resourceful and collaborative approach
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and presentation software
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
