Pass Manager

Greater Manchester

£17.00 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Pass Manager to support hospitality operations across a range of venues including football stadiums, sporting venues, conference centres and event spaces throughout Greater Manchester.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the food pass during service
  • Coordinating communication between kitchen and front of house teams
  • Ensuring food is presented and delivered to specification
  • Maintaining service flow during high-volume operations
  • Supporting chefs and service teams to achieve exceptional guest experiences
  • Upholding quality, consistency and service standards

  • Previous experience working as a Pass Manager, Senior Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in high-volume hospitality environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
