Passmaster at The Blues Kitchen
We’re looking for a Passmaster to join the kitchen team at The Blues Kitchen.
The Blues Kitchen brings together delicious food, world class music and an incredible drinks menu, all under one roof. Our kitchen focuses on bold, flavour-led American comfort food done properly. Dishes that guests come back for again and again. It’s about consistency, quality and getting every plate right.
As a Passmaster, you sit at the centre of service. You’re the link between the kitchen and the floor, making sure every dish that leaves the pass meets our standards. You’ll keep communication clear, plates moving and details tight. This is a great role for someone who thrives on organisation, takes pride in quality, and wants to deepen their understanding of how we deliver incredible guest experiences.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
