Pastoral and Administrative Support Officer
We are looking for a Pastoral and Administrative Support Officer to provide a vital pastoral, administrative, and supportive role within the ReSTORE programme, a nationally recognised initiative supporting refugee nurses, midwives, and Allied Health Professionals into employment and professional registration.

Responsibilities

Work closely with participants to deliver a trauma-informed, holistic support experience, including:
- Wellbeing check-ins
- Guidance on job searching and applications
- Assistance with NMC and HCPC processes

Manage programme administration, maintaining accurate records.

Coordinate teaching sessions and events.

Engage with stakeholders, volunteers, and employers.
Role
Acting as an ambassador for ReSTORE, the postholder will contribute to participant engagement, communication, and successful employment outcomes, helping individuals transition confidently into the UK healthcare workforce.
