Pastoral Support Manager | Redbridge | September 2026

Do you have previous school-based experience and are looking to make a real difference to young people's lives? An Outstanding 11-18 secondary school in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Manager to join their team on a permanent basis from September.

As a Pastoral Support Manager, you will lead a comprehensive pastoral service, supporting students to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers, the Head of School, parents and external agencies, you will promote positive behaviour, improve attendance, deliver targeted interventions and help every student reach their full potential.

Looking for a Pastoral Support Manager with:

  • Good GCSEs and A-Levels desirable
  • Previous experience working in a secondary school or supporting young people
