Contract: Full Time

Salary: £30,000 per annum plus tips

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef who loves combining creativity with precision. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality pastry and dessert dishes, ensuring everything served is both visually stunning and perfectly balanced.

Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you’ll contribute ideas, maintain high standards, and help deliver a consistent, premium offering across all services.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating exceptional desserts and pastry items using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Managing your section of the kitchen efficiently and to a consistently high standard
  • Contributing new ideas for menus, with a focus on both indulgence and wellbeing
  • Ensuring presentation is always to a luxury, guest-ready standard
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety practices at all times
  • Supporting stock control, ordering and minimising waste
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Playing an active role in maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment

  • Experience as a Pastry Chef or strong Chef de Partie with a pastry focus
  • A genuine passion for pastry, desserts and presentation
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Understanding of seasonal ingredients and balanced menu creation
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, safety and food standards
