Requirements

  • Talented and passionate individual
  • Desire to learn, develop, and master authentic German and Austrian pastry classics
  • Experience in a fast-paced premium restaurant environment
  • Genuine craftsmanship, attention to detail, and passion for Central European desserts
  • Culinary expertise and dedication

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with an experienced senior kitchen team
  • Grow pastry skills
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development
  • Produce high-quality desserts with authenticity and consistency
  • Prepare a range of authentic German and Austrian pastry classics including Apple Tart, Apfel strudel, Sacher torte, Kaiserschmarrn, and Käsekuchen
