Are you a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie looking to take ownership of your own section in a highly regarded 2AA Rosette restaurant?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented kitchen brigade producing exceptional Modern British cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients. Working closely with an experienced Head Chef, you'll have the freedom to showcase your creativity while developing your skills in a supportive, food-led environment.

We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Rosette or fine dining kitchen
- Strong pastry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Passion for producing exceptional desserts
- Organised, reliable and able to thrive in a busy kitchen
- Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the rural location of the restaurant
