We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team at our flagship, AA Two-Rosette dining destination at The Headland.

Working within our cutting-edge, high-spec kitchen, you will be part of a fast-paced, dedicated team committed to showcasing the very best fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

  • Pastry Craft & Expertise: Solid experience working within a high-quality pastry section. We value true craft, quality, and care in everything we produce, from classic techniques to modern dessert presentation.
  • Passion & Drive: A genuine enthusiasm for pastry innovation and a desire to continually learn and evolve.
  • Team Players: Someone who thrives in a busy, hard-working, and collaborative environment, bringing heart and dedication to the team.

Salary and Contract

  • Salary: £32,797 + service charge
  • Contract: Full-time, permanent contract working 48 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends and bank holidays).

In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
