Role Purpose

Pastry Chef de Partie Up to £16.00 per hour London Events | Casual Contract

Join our growing culinary team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection Events and be part of one of London’s leading event catering businesses. Working across a variety of prestigious venues and high-profile events, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to showcase their creativity, work with premium ingredients, and develop within a dynamic hospitality group.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries, and sweet products for premium events
  • Managing your pastry section and ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Supporting the wider culinary team to deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or within a professional pastry kitchen
  • Background in fine dining, luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, or high-end events preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a genuine passion for pastry and presentation
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards

You'll receive competitive pay of up to £16 per hour on a casual contract with flexible working opportunities.
