Pastry Chef - Join Our Culinary Team at The Priory Hotel

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our talented kitchen team. Due to growth, we are looking for a special Pastry Chef ready for a new challenge in a beautiful, luxury, boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar setting or trained in pastry. We have high standards and are looking for someone to rise to that challenge.

About Us

The Priory Hotel is a luxury hotel that is your home away from home. Guests come to unwind, relax and enjoy excellent fine dining cuisine in our Garden Room Restaurant. We are based on the gateway to the picturesque Isle of Purbeck and much desired Jurassic Coast in the beautiful market town of Wareham, Dorset. Set in 4 acres of beautifully tended gardens, we have 17 individually furnished rooms. We are proud members of the Pride of Britain collection of Hotels.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Own the pastry section of our kitchen.
  • Design new dishes.
  • Manage orders and stock for the section.
  • Ensure smooth handover process to other chefs in the section.
  • Lead desserts for lunch & dinner along with our Afternoon teas.
