Area Sales Manager (Premium Desserts/Patisserie) – Pastry Chefs Ideal
£30-40,000 Basic, Company Car and/or Oyster Card for Central London travel, Bonus & Benefits

The Role
- To cover an area in and around London dealing with high end hospitality customers
- Manage & develop relationships with existing customers in the London area
- Customers include Michelin Starred Restaurants, Fine Dining Outlets, 5 Star Hotels
- To advise & educate customers on the product range and new products
- To ensure products are displayed effectively within each outlet
- To increase sales with both existing accounts as well as opening up new accounts
- Normal office hours – no weekend or evening work

The Person
- A Pastry Chef with excellent product knowledge ideal
- Strong Pastry Chef experience & Qualifications
- Looking for a role which combines technical knowledge & experience of pastry/patisserie products with customer facing responsibilities
- Confident, engaging & with excellent communication skills
- Ability to relate confidently & credibly with other Pastry Chefs
- Ambitious, driven to succeed and looking for a change in direction
- Living in the London area
