Pastry Demi Chef de Partie - Harry’s Bar

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the team at Harry’s Bar, an exclusive private members’ club, part of The Birley Clubs.
Harry’s Bar is a private members’ restaurant and bar with an air of classic Italian elegance, famed for both the beauty of its décor and the quality of its food. The Northern Italian menu has delighted Members for 30 years with its impeccably sourced ingredients – from Alba truffles to beautifully cured Prosciutto di Parma – matched only by the care and skill given to their preparation.
As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie you will support the Pastry Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of the section with all dishes leaving the section being of the highest quality and presentation. You must have a passion for developing your skills and knowledge to enable you to progress in the kitchen.

We Are Ideally Looking For Candidates Who
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Pastry Chef
- Are experienced working as a Pastry Chef in a high volume and fast paced restaurant or private members’ club
- Have a passion for pastry with a desire to learn and develop skills
- Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
