About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and talented Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.
Working within our Pastry Kitchen, you will support the Pastry Chef de Partie and senior chefs in creating exceptional pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, and sweet treats that exceed our guests' expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious pastry professional looking to develop their skills within a world-class luxury hospitality environment.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure all products are prepared to the highest standards and in line with agreed recipes and specifications
- Support the smooth operation of the pastry section during daily service
- Maintain excellent levels of quality, consistency, and presentation across all pastry offerings
- Assist with mise en place and the preparation of ingredients for service
- Help monitor stock levels and support stock rotation procedures
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene standards within the pastry kitchen
- Work closely with the wider culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Support the development of new desserts and seasonal menu offerings
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company standards at all times.

What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience within a pastry kitchen, ideally as a Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Pastry Chef, or similar role
- Passion for pastry, baking, and dessert creation
- Good knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and food preparation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Professional cookery qualification or equivalent experience is desirable
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
