Junior Sous Chef – Pastry

As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining us as our Junior Sous Chef – Pastry, playing an important role within our kitchen team and supporting the production of exquisite pastries, desserts, and sweet creations. Working in a stylish, modern environment, you’ll help deliver exceptional food and memorable experiences for our guests in a relaxed yet fast-paced setting.

With a passion for pastry and an eye for detail, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the finest fresh ingredients, many of which are sourced from our own gardens or local suppliers.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a similar pastry role, ideally within a 5* luxury hotel or restaurant environment
  • A genuine passion for pastry, baking, and the culinary arts
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistently high standards
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Creative, organised, and responsible, with a keen eye for presentation
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • A desire to learn, develop, and progress your career within pastry.

Shift pattern:

This position will be working any 5 out of 7 days a week, working 45 hours per week.
