A leading specialist IP practice is looking to appoint a newly qualified Patent Litigation Solicitor to join its London team.

The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex patent disputes across both life sciences and technology, acting for a range of innovative businesses and established organisations.

You will gain exposure to high quality contentious IP work within a specialist environment, with strong opportunities to develop your career in Patent Litigation.

The role:

  • Working on a range of patent litigation matters across life sciences and technology
  • Supporting on complex, high value disputes and contentious IP matters
  • Working closely with experienced Patent Litigators and wider legal teams
  • Developing technical and commercial understanding across a range of technologies
  • Gaining exposure to clients and matters from an early stage of your career

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified UK Solicitor
  • Strong STEM degree
  • Training or experience with a focus on Patent Litigation or contentious IP
  • Genuine interest in developing a career within specialist Patent Litigation
  • Strong academic and analytical background
