Pathway Co-Ordinator

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated individual to join our team in a Pathway Co-Ordinator role.

Applicants must be confident communicators with the ability to liaise with colleagues and patients. Essential qualities are strong organisational/time management skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience of working in a busy outpatient environment or have call handling experience.

  • Dealing with patient queries both face to face and over the telephone
  • Clinic preparation including chasing patient scans and escalating where appropriate
  • Booking patient appointments and navigating capacity issues
  • Monitoring and actioning emails from the generic inbox
  • Deputise for the team leader where necessary
  • Liaising with consultants, nurses, HCA's and other outpatient staff where required
  • Following up on any missing outcomes from clinic
