Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Patient Advocate role based in England, United Kingdom. The Patient Advocate will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, helping them understand their rights, access services, and navigate healthcare or insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling patient inquiries
- Managing individual cases
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals and administrative teams
- Documenting interactions and outcomes
- Resolving issues
- Escalating complex concerns
- Ensuring that patient experiences are addressed with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying trends in patient feedback and recommending process or service enhancements
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, and building trust with patients.
- Case Management experience, including organizing information, tracking progress, and coordinating multiple parties to resolve patient issues.
- Critical Thinking skills to assess situations, evaluate options, and make sound, evidence-based decisions in support of patients.
- A foundational understanding of Medicine or healthcare systems, enabling effective collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Additional Beneficial Qualifications
- Prior experience in patient advocacy, healthcare administration, or social work
- Familiarity with UK healthcare or insurance processes
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency with common office and case management software
- Relevant educational background in healthcare, social sciences, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
