Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Patient and Site Solutions Enablement Project Manager based in the United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of innovative technologies and process improvements that enhance clinical research operations on a global scale.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology partners, and subject matter experts to drive the successful adoption of digital solutions.
  • The position combines project management, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and change management in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Play a key role in improving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and maximizing the value of new technologies.
  • Working across global teams, you will influence strategic initiatives that support feasibility, site selection, and patient engagement throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

Accountabilities

As a Patient and Site Solutions Enablement Project Manager, you will lead technology implementation and process transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption across global teams.

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and business processes that support feasibility, patient engagement, and site solutions.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for feasibility systems and workflows, promoting consistency, efficiency, and best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, functional experts, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver successful technology implementations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, oversee contracted activities, and communicate business requirements throughout development and deployment.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, process documentation, performance metrics, and proposal-ready capability resources.
  • Design and deliver training and communication programs that support system adoption, user engagement, and effective change management.
  • Support the development, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of new technology solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and help maximize return on investment through increased adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments while serving as a key point of escalation for implementation challenges and process-related issues.
  • Prepare performance reports, analyze operational data, and present insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines extensive experience in clinical research operations with strong project management, stakeholder management, and technology implementation expertise.

  • At least 7 years of experience in feasibility, clinical research operations, technology enablement, or related process improvement roles.
  • Proven experience supporting or leading technology implementation, vendor management, and organizational change initiatives within the clinical research industry.
  • Strong understanding of feasibility processes, clinical trial workflows, and technology platforms supporting site selection and patient engagement.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience collecting, interpreting, and presenting operational metrics and performance data.
  • Ability to solve complex problems, assess risks, develop contingency plans, and make sound business decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and matrixed environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approximately 10%) as required.
  • A scientific or clinical degree with additional experience in feasibility process enablement is considered an advantage.
