If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.

Didcot Dental Studio is a luxurious private dental practice dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Our team of experienced dental professionals strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients, providing them with personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. You will be trained in being able to discuss complex dentistry cases ranging from full arch implant dentistry to smile makeovers with Invisalign and composite bonding.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our practice by acting as a liaison between our patients and the dental team. Your primary responsibility will be to guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they receive the best care possible.

Patient Consultation: Conducting thorough consultations with patients, discussing their dental concerns, and gathering relevant information. Working closely with the dentist in communicating treatments to the patient.

Financial Coordination: Providing patients with clear and accurate explanations of treatment costs, payment options, and helping them navigate financial arrangements.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently managing the appointment schedule to optimize productivity and ensure smooth patient flow, coordinating with the front desk and dental team as needed.

Patient Education: Educating patients about various dental procedures, treatment options, oral hygiene practices, and post-treatment care to enhance their understanding and promote oral health.

Relationship Building: Establishing strong patient relationships built on trust, empathy, and effective communication, addressing any concerns or questions they may have throughout their treatment journey.
Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in customer service and customer-facing roles is desirable. Previous experience in sales is also desirable.

Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a similar role is desirable.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients of diverse backgrounds and age groups.

Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

A passion for patient care, oral health promotion, and continuous learning in the dental field.
Must be available for weekday hours (8:30am–8pm) and weekend hours (10am–4pm).
