Mint Dental Clinic is an established private dental practice in central London, offering complete dental care through a multidisciplinary team and visiting specialists.

Our vision is to create beautiful, healthy smiles by helping patients make the best decisions for themselves — through clarity, trust, and exceptional communication.

We are now hiring a Patient Concierge/Dental Treatment Coordinator whose primary strength is converting inbound enquiries into booked consultations and high-value treatment plans.

This Role Is For You If:

  • You are excellent on the phone and understand how tone, structure, and listening impact conversion
  • You enjoy guiding patients through decisions — not “selling”, but helping them move forward confidently
  • You are organised, proactive, and relentless with follow-up
  • You like clear KPIs, ownership, and measurable results
  • You want a role where performance is recognised and rewarded

You will own the journey from first enquiry → booked consultation → treatment acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Inbound Enquiries & Call Quality

  • Handle inbound calls and enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Deliver high-quality, structured conversations that build trust
  • Understand patient motivations, concerns, and goals
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the Mint Dental Clinic standard

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
