Patient Coordinator
We are a Turkey-based health travel agency seeking experienced team members in the United Kingdom to build a strong network of patient and business partnerships in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and establish communication with patients who are interested in receiving healthcare services in Türkiye.
- Develop collaboration and referral networks with clinics, doctors, healthcare professionals, and relevant institutions.
- Promote our healthcare services to potential patients and institutions.
- Understand patients' needs and guide them toward suitable treatment options in coordination with our team in Türkiye.
- Perform patient follow-ups from first contact to the beginning of medical treatment in Turkey.
- Find alternative channels and develop business opportunities for reaching more patients.
- Represent our company professionally and ethically.
- Maintain regular records and reporting of patient inquiries, referrals, and business development activities.
- Professional approach to managing patient confidentiality and personal data.

Requirements
- Portfolio of active patients.
- Currently residing in the United Kingdom.
- Native or advanced proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
- Strong communication, sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in medical tourism, business development, and patient coordination.
- Existing connections with clinics, doctors, healthcare professionals, or other organizations within the healthcare sector.
- Ability to actively develop new business relationships and patient referral channels.
- Independent, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach to work.
