Join a healthcare startup that's changing how patient care is delivered. We're a fast-growing London-based healthcare technology company building a world-class Patient Coordination team in Cape Town.
This isn't just another patient support role. It's an opportunity to join an ambitious startup in its early stages, help shape the way we deliver an exceptional patient experience as we scale.
If you're someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to grow your career alongside a high-performing business, we'd love to hear from you.
Why this role?
Startups offer something established companies rarely can: the opportunity to have real impact from day one.
As one of the key members of our Patient Coordination team, you'll work closely with leadership, influence how we operate, and develop your skills as the company grows.
As we expand, so will the opportunities for progression into senior operations, team leadership, training, customer experience, or wider business operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
