Job Title - Patient Engagement and Business Executive
Environment: Private Healthcare/Fertility Clinic
Salary: £31,000 plus performance-based bonus
Location: Boreham Wood, Herts - Driver required
Hours: 40 per week with occasional evening and weekend events
Type of Role: Permanent
Our client is a state-of-the-art Fertility Clinic based in Boreham Wood who have grown organically through their excellent service to their patients. Due to further expansion, they are now seeking someone to take on the new role of Patient Engagement and Business Executive so that they will grow further within the area. The role is to support the clinic’s growth by taking ownership of prospective patient leads and delivering timely, compassionate, and effective follow-ups throughout the patient non-clinical journey. They will manage assigned leads from the first enquiry and minimum consultation through initial consultation and onward to an agreed investigation, nurse consultation, or treatment step.

We need someone with an excellent telephone manner, confident and empathetic, structured lead nurturing, accurate CRM management, reporting, working to targets, payment systems, MS Office, EPR systems, Q-Proms, patient feedback systems, and social media platforms.
Duties include:
- The first point of contact for the patients
- Deal with enquiries promptly
- Support agreed strategies
- Own and manage assigned leads
- Complete outbound calls, follow-up calls, emails, messages on social media and work closely with the Patient Co-ordinators
- Monitor lead quality and acquisition sources
- Monitor the patient experience
- Develop activity by phone, email, and the media
- Support patient referral, review, and ambassador initiatives
- Maintain relationships
- Analyse patient feedback
- Work towards monthly targets
- Prioritise leads, overdue, time sensitive
- Attend business development meetings
- Support reporting, call quality reviews and audits

Requirements:
- Relevant Degree, Diploma, or equivalent
- Sales, engagement, business, private healthcare, private dental, fertility, aesthetic, business development, working to targets, experience with warm leads
- CRM, MS Office, Teams, EPR systems, Payment systems preferred
- Excellent spoken and written skills required
