Job description
Every year, demand for donor eggs outstrips supply, resulting in thousands of infertile couples being denied the chance of having children.
The London Egg Bank is the UK’s largest provider of donor eggs and it is rapidly expanding. We are looking for an ambition driven, motivated self-starter to expand and take ownership for LEB recruitment activities.
Salary: £28-31k per annum
Bonus: £300-£500 per month (depending on the target level reached)
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment, sales or healthcare background. The donor recruitment coordinator will attract, manage and build relationships with potential egg donors ensuring that as many as possible are retained as continuing donors.
The Patient Engagement Officer will oversee all aspects of donor recruitment, screening and qualifying potential donors according to the established protocols.

The role is customer centric and the ability to communicate well and empathise with donors is of paramount importance. As a leading provider of private fertility services we require candidates to have outstanding interpersonal skills and be comfortable with communicating with donors over the phone, face to face as well as via written communication. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a mature attitude to work and a willingness to work in a challenging but rewarding environment whilst offering exceptional customer care at all times.
This is an extremely exciting role for the donor bank and it is essential that the successful candidate has the aptitude to work to department targets, is a team player and has a can-do attitude. Although not essential, experience of working in a healthcare setting particularly fertility would be advantageous. The ability to speak any foreign language would be a great advantage.

This is a full-time position (40 hrs per week) based at London Bridge location.
