At Clinical Partners, we believe every patient deserves to feel heard, supported and valued. We're looking for a compassionate and resilient Patient Experience Coordinator to join our growing Patient Experience team.

In this rewarding role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and families who have concerns about their NHS outpatient experience. Through empathy, active listening and effective problem solving, you'll help resolve issues before they escalate, ensuring every patient receives the support and care they deserve.

If you're someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, enjoys helping people through difficult situations and can confidently manage sensitive enquiries, we'd love to hear from you.

This primarily home-based role requires occasional travel to our head office in Semley, Dorset or London for meetings and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speaking with patients, family members and advocates to understand concerns and provide support.
  • Investigating complex or sensitive issues by working closely with clinical and operational teams.
  • Resolving patient dissatisfaction wherever possible before concerns progress to a formal complaint.
  • Providing compassionate, professional communication during challenging conversations.
  • Identifying themes and trends from patient feedback to support service improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Supporting ongoing process improvements within an evolving and growing service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
