Veblen International is delighted to be partnering with a new luxury healthcare and wellness business as they seek a Patient Experience Coordinator to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for exceptional service, luxury hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences. Working at the heart of the business, you will ensure every client journey is seamless, personalised and delivered to the highest possible standard.
The Role
As Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Blending customer service, administration, hospitality and operational support, you will help deliver an elevated experience at every stage of the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries, appointments and diary scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient booking process.
- Welcome and support clients throughout their visit, providing a professional, attentive and personalised experience.
- Coordinate payments, follow-up appointments and ongoing client communication.
- Maintain exceptional standards across all client-facing areas.
- Deliver hospitality services that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring and record keeping.
- Assist with operational administration, compliance documentation and routine business processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare treatment and consultation spaces to ensure they are organised and ready for use.
- Support retail activity through product recommendations, merchandising and presentation standards.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of client events and special experiences.
- Complete training and development programmes to maintain best-in-class service standards.

About You
We are interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience within luxury hospitality, premium retail, wellness, healthcare or customer-focused environments.
- Outstanding organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Confidence using digital systems and managing administrative processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Package
- £33,000 basic salary
- 10% discretionary bonus

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday rota (approximately two Saturdays per month)
