About us

Aqua Dental is a boutique private dental practice in Hatch End, North-West London, built around one belief — that every patient deserves to feel genuinely looked after from the moment they get in touch to the moment they leave. We specialise in nervous patient care, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign. We are a small, close-knit team with exceptionally high standards. We are not a dental chain. We are not a volume practice. We are a premium clinic that takes pride in doing things properly — and we are looking for someone who shares that pride.

The role

This is not a standard receptionist position.

You will be the first voice a patient hears when they call us, the first face they see when they walk through the door, and the person responsible for guiding enquiries through from initial contact to booked consultation. You will play a central role in the growth of the practice — and the right person will be recognised and rewarded for that contribution. Your days will be split between creating a warm, exceptional front-of-house experience and managing lead follow-up, patient coordination and treatment bookings.

What you will actually be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from prospective patients
  • Following up enquiries from our website, social media and Google within minutes of them arriving.
  • Managing our patient CRM
  • Coordinating treatment consultations
  • Presenting treatment plans and introducing finance options to patients in a confident, caring, and completely un-pressured way
  • Welcoming patients at reception, managing the appointment diary, handling confirmations and reminders, and ensuring the front-of-house runs smoothly
  • Being a genuine ambassador for the Aqua Dental brand — everything you say and do reflects who we are

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we are looking for

You do not need a dental background. You do need to be exceptional with people. The right person for this role has a natural warmth that patients respond to immediately. They are confident discussing money and treatment costs without being salesy or pushy. They are organised enough to manage a detailed CRM and are competent with using a computer. And they genuinely care about the people they are looking after. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with the team.

We are specifically interested in candidates who come from private healthcare, aesthetics clinics, high-end hospitality, or any role where building trust and guiding people through a considered purchase was central to the job.

You will be brilliant at this role if you:

  • Have worked in a patient-facing or client-facing role in a premium environment
  • Are genuinely warm on the phone
  • Can discuss fees and payment options confidently without making people feel pressured
  • Are highly organised and take pride in following up consistently and thoroughly
  • Thrive in a small, close-knit team where everyone matters and everyone contributes
  • Have a genuine interest in people and their wellbeing — not just completing tasks
  • Are ambitious — this role has clear progression as the practice grows
