Patient Flow Coordinator/Bed Manager
Band 6
(£47,951 - £56,863 inc HCAS)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Patient Flow Coordinator/Bed Manager to join our busy Clinical Site Team at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital. You will support this team and site operations to ensure challenges are given responsive attention team to effectively ensure the site patient flow is maintained, engaging with both our internal and external stakeholders as well as all other hospitals part of Barts Health.
This role is vital in the delivery of creating effective patient flow, operational performance, support to clinical colleagues and the site leadership teams to perform to a very high standard. We require someone who is a team player, with excellent communication skills and who visibly enjoys the challenges that the Patient Flow coordinator/Bed Manager role provides.

St Bartholomew’s Hospital hosts the London Heart Attack Centre and is a tertiary cancer referral centre for cancer for East London and North East Essex. In return we will encourage you to develop at all levels within this specialised healthcare professional role through bespoke appraisal.
