Thanks to our innovation, patient monitoring is evolving rapidly. Hospitals across Europe are increasingly looking for solutions that improve patient safety, support earlier clinical intervention, reduce staff burden, and deliver measurable clinical and operational value.

From general wards to high dependency units, innovative monitoring technologies are transforming how clinicians care for patients. In this role, you will help ensure Mindray's solutions are positioned effectively, launched successfully, and understood by customers and internal teams alike.

You will become the European expert for our general care, vital signs, wearable monitoring and mid-acuity patient monitoring portfolio, helping drive adoption of technologies that support safer, smarter and more connected patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work at the centre of product strategy, sales enablement, clinical value communication and market development. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting European product launches for patient monitoring solutions

  • Translating technical product features into meaningful customer benefits and outcomes
  • Supporting strategic customer opportunities alongside sales and clinical application teams
  • Training and developing regional sales teams, distributors and clinical specialists

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
