Job Title: Patient Monitoring Modality Specialist (Mid-Range & General Care)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Patient Monitoring Modality Specialist (Mid-Range & General Care) based in United Kingdom.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the adoption and growth of patient monitoring technologies across European healthcare markets.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert across vital signs, mid-acuity, wearable, and general-care monitoring solutions. Working across product strategy, clinical value communication, sales enablement, and market development, you will connect technology with real-world clinical needs.

You will support product launches, strategic customer engagements, evaluations, demonstrations, and training initiatives across multiple countries. The role also provides a strong platform to influence portfolio strategy by bringing European customer and market insights to global product and R&D teams.

Success will require a combination of clinical credibility, commercial awareness, persuasive communication, and international collaboration.

With approximately 30–50% European travel, this is an influential opportunity to contribute to safer, smarter, and more connected patient care at scale.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and support European product launches for patient monitoring solutions, ensuring effective positioning, communication, and execution across markets.
  • Develop compelling clinical and commercial value propositions that translate technical capabilities into meaningful patient, operational, and economic outcomes.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for vital signs, mid-acuity, general-care, wearable, and connected patient monitoring solutions.
  • Support strategic customer opportunities by partnering with sales and clinical application teams on complex evaluations, demonstrations, and customer engagements.
  • Train and develop regional sales teams, distributors, and clinical specialists to strengthen product knowledge, positioning, and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Deliver high-level product demonstrations and contribute to complex evaluation projects with healthcare providers and strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with global headquarters and R&D teams, bringing European market trends, customer feedback, competitor intelligence, and emerging clinical needs into product development discussions.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation, portfolio growth, and stronger market positioning.
  • Support lifecycle management and long-term portfolio development across European markets.
  • Establish consistent product messaging, launch strategies, and customer engagement approaches across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization without direct authority, helping align product, commercial, clinical, and strategic priorities.
  • Measure market impact and support adoption and business growth throughout the product lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
