Patient Onboarding Agent
Remote UK | £25,000–£30,000 | Full-Time or Part-Time | Training Provided
One of our clients is hiring a Patient Onboarding Agent to help new patients complete their onboarding journey and access services smoothly. This is a people-focused role for someone who is organised, friendly and comfortable communicating with people by phone, email and online systems.
You don't need previous healthcare experience. If you have experience in customer service, administration, call handling, reception, contact centres or patient support, your skills could transfer well into this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact new patients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Collect and accurately update patient information
- Answer questions and provide clear, friendly support
- Help patients complete forms and required documentation
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Follow up on outstanding information or onboarding steps
- Work with internal teams to resolve queries
- Handle patient information professionally and confidentially

What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional and confident communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and online systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, healthcare, reception, call centre or similar is helpful but not essential
- Reliable, patient and willing to learn
