Patient Onboarding Executive

Salary: Competitive salary + commission
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Location: Holborn, London
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About MAMEDICA

MAMEDICA is a UK based digital healthcare provider specialising in medical cannabis. We operate a private clinic in Central London alongside our own pharmacy, supplying prescription only cannabis-based medicines, to eligible patients following specialist assessment, across a range of conditions including chronic pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer.

Our experienced team of specialist doctors, pharmacists and patient support coordinators provide clinical care, advice and support throughout every patient's treatment journey.

MAMEDICA is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and the Home Office.

In June 2026 MAMEDICA was listed in The Sunday Times annual list of Britain's fastest growing companies, coming in at number 8.

Role Summary

Due to exceptional growth and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Patient Onboarding Executive to join our growing team.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on engaging prospective patients, guiding them through the registration process and providing an outstanding onboarding experience from initial enquiry through to consultation booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound patient enquiries.
  • Guide prospective patients through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Proactively follow up with patients interested in registering with MAMEDICA.
  • Explain the patient eligibility and consultation process clearly and confidently.
  • Manage your patient pipeline to ensure enquiries progress efficiently.
  • Book initial consultations with clinicians.
  • Achieve individual and team onboarding targets.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems.
  • Liaise with GP surgeries and healthcare professionals where required.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience throughout every interaction.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in a target-driven environment such as recruitment, healthcare onboarding, account management, membership services or customer acquisition.
  • A proven ability to build rapport and communicate confidently over the phone.
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A resilient, self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help people.
  • Experience within healthcare or another regulated industry would be advantageous.
