We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to the role of Patient Pathway Coordinator, located at Cedar House, within our St. Michael's Community Hospital site within the Speech & Language Therapy - School Age team. This role is offered part-time with the appointed candidate to work 22.50 hours per week, with the rota to be agreed at interview.
The appointed candidate will provide a high-level administrative service to the team of nursing staff to ensure the best level of care can be provided to all patients and service users who come into contact with the team. Training will be provided as required, and this role is a perfect opportunity for candidates wishing to pursue a career in the NHS within Operations.

Main Duties Of The Job Include
- Opening referrals on RIO
- Maintaining a spreadsheet of referrals and waiting list
- Sending appointments
- Dealing with queries from patients, GPs and other professionals
- Booking clinic appointments
- Liaising with schools
- Printing, scanning and uploading
- Procurement

Whilst all organisations remain as standalone, statutory bodies we have an ICS infrastructure for making shared decisions and agreeing shared approaches.
