Providing a comprehensive, patient-centred service that ensures patients are treated within a timely manner within contractual and clinical time limits. The Service Administrator will be cross-trained in receiving and registering of all referrals, booking of all appointments for Outpatient and Theatres, manning a busy telephone, liaising with GPS and adhering to set KPIs.
This vacancy is offering a bank/flexi contract, offering shifts to cover sickness and annual leave - Allowing you to book shifts that fit around your current commitments

What you'll be doing
You will be part of a close knit collaborative team who pride themselves in providing the highest standards to our patients and their families. Reporting to Patient Services Manager Louise, you will be situated within the Day Surgery/Community s team.
Liaising with the wider Practice Plus Group team to ensure the patient’s pathway is a smooth one and your sound administration skills paired with excellent customer service will see you thriving in this role.
