Patient Support Administrator
The Patient Support Administrator plays a crucial role in the Health & Safety sector by providing essential administrative support to healthcare professionals and ensuring a seamless experience for patients. This full-time position is vital for maintaining efficient operations within the healthcare environment, contributing to patient satisfaction and overall service quality.
Applicants must be happy to commute to Coventry office twice a week.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Assist patients with inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with patients.
- Support healthcare staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Prepare reports and assist in the management of patient feedback.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Qualifications
- A minimum of an associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and healthcare management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
