About RTN Mental Health

Following a year of incredible growth, expanding our team from 30 to over 110 dedicated professionals, RTN Mental Health Solutions is continuing to strengthen our patient support services.

As a leading provider of ADHD and ASD diagnostic services, we are committed to making neurodiversity support accessible, compassionate, and efficient. We are now seeking a warm, organised, and proactive Patient Support Coordinator to join our NHS Patient Support team.

The Role

As the warm, professional, and reliable face of RTN, the Patient Support Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for clients, families, clinicians, and external partners navigating our NHS ADHD and Autism pathways. Reporting to the Patient Support Manager, this remote role requires high flexibility, adaptability, and a comprehensive understanding of the entire patient journey to seamlessly pivot between multi-channel communications, client guidance, and end-to-end pathway support. By managing high-volume enquiries, maintaining accurate CRM records, and delivering clear, compassionate communication in a fast-paced environment, the Patient Support Coordinator ensures every individual feels informed, valued, and supported at every stage of their care.

This is a remote, full-time, permanent role with a salary of £25,000.

We are continuing to grow our administrative teams across the business, so where your experience is a strong match, we may also keep you in mind for other suitable opportunities.

Role Responsibilities

Communication Management:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails professionally and promptly, ensuring clients, families, clinicians, and stakeholders receive clear and compassionate communication.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
