Job Title – Pavior
Fixed Term 1 year
Repairs and Investment
Repairs and Investment is part of Housing Services, can now recruit a Pavior. We are looking for a qualified person to join our busy team based in Birchmere Depot.
You will be responsible for undertaking a range of Paver ground works.
The role will include the following:
- Carrying out paving repairs and renewals both to properties and communal areas
- Undertaking concrete repairs and new works, including pathways, shuttering, etc.
We are looking for someone with a relevant qualification such as City & Guilds or equivalent experience as a Pavior. You must be reliable and a clean and tidy worker, be literate, and able to understand technical drawings. Have completed a recognised apprenticeship or relevant trade experience, and can work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
A full UK manual driving licence is required with no previous DR10/DG10 disqualifications in the last 5 years as you will be required to drive a company vehicle.
