Job Title: Pay Equity Adviser
Location: UK (remote)
Employment Type: Remote, Full-Time
Travel: Occasional EU/US travel (fully expensed)
Salary Range: £85,000–£105,000 Annually

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pay Equity Adviser to support Trusaic’s global client base, with a particular focus on multinational organisations operating within the EU. In this role, you will act as a trusted adviser to clients, leading advanced pay equity analyses, advising on remediation strategies, and supporting compliance with emerging pay transparency regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Advise global clients on all aspects of pay equity analysis, including:
- Data cleaning and preparation
- Structuring statistically meaningful employee groupings
- Identifying appropriate explanatory factors
- Conducting and interpreting multiple regression analyses
- Evaluating and recommending optimal remediation strategies
- Support clients with ongoing monitoring activities and periodic analysis refreshes.
- Provide guidance on compliance-related topics, particularly the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Partner with clients to ensure they achieve maximum value from Trusaic’s software solutions.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert in pay equity.
- Collaborate closely with Trusaic’s Implementation Managers and Pay Transparency Adviser.
- Work with Data Science and Product Development teams to inform software enhancements based on client and regulatory needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise and analytical support to the Sales team as needed.

Your Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a pay equity consultant/adviser, working with multinational organizations.
- Strong expertise in statistics or econometrics, including multiple linear regression.
- Proven experience conducting pay equity analyses using multiple regression and interpreting statistical results.
- Programming experience in tools such as R and/or Python.
- Ability to clearly explain complex statistical concepts to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Knowledge of pay equity laws and regulations, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Compensation processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently on complex analyses while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

A Plus to Have:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Base salary range: £85,000–£105,000 per year. Actual salary will be based on applicant’s job-relevant experience, education, and skills.
- Participation in Trusaic’s equity incentive plan
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays
