Role: Pay & Reward Advisor
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: fully remote
IR35: in scope
Role description –
- Manage the pay and reward mailbox – providing policy advice and prioritising responses
- Maintain a number of logs for audit purposes – Business cases etc
- Job evaluate all level of roles (Willis Towers Watson experience preferred)
- Support the Employee Relations portfolio – arranging meetings, acting as secretary
- Support activities such as the maintaining and administration EVP, pensions communication etc
- Support on improving the intranet pages on pay and reward matters, publishing updates as necessary
- Provide support to the wider pay and reward team as required.
