Ready to take ownership of reward, benefits and pay governance across an international business?

We're partnering with a globally recognised organisation to appoint a Pay & Reward Manager responsible for reward, benefits and payroll governance across the UK and international markets. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, people-focused business where you'll have the autonomy to drive improvements, influence strategy and help create a more consistent approach to pay and benefits across multiple territories.

Working closely with HR, Finance and business leaders, you'll play a key role in enhancing reward and benefits offerings, strengthening governance and using data-driven insights to support business decisions. The role offers significant exposure across the UK and international operations, with scope to shape future reward initiatives and contribute to the evolution of the organisation's global approach to pay and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee benefits programmes, pension arrangements and provider relationships.
  • Lead annual benefit reviews, renewals and benchmarking exercises.
  • Support reward programmes including compensation reviews, incentive plans and pay governance.
  • Analyse reward and workforce data to provide insight and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers and external partners.
  • Drive payroll transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Europe and wider international markets to increase visibility and consistency across payroll and reward practices.
  • Strengthen controls, compliance and risk management frameworks across payroll and benefits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
