Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Launch your career in fund administration with a team that plays a critical role in keeping client operations running smoothly across multiple jurisdictions. As part of our growing Payments and Cash Management team, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting invoice processing, supplier verification, and payment execution for a diverse portfolio of international clients.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues, developing your understanding of fund operations, banking platforms, and financial controls while contributing to the accurate and timely delivery of client payments. You'll build strong relationships with administration teams across our global network, helping to ensure processes run efficiently and clients receive the high-quality service they expect.

Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of payment processing activities, helping to ensure client payments are completed accurately and on time.
- Build your expertise across a range of online banking platforms while preparing regular and ad hoc payment runs.
- Support supplier verification processes by completing callbacks and maintaining accurate supplier information.
- Work closely with administration teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver a seamless payment service for clients.
- Help ensure payment deadlines and service commitments are met through effective planning and organization.
- Prepare payment packs and supporting documentation for review and approval.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support a controlled and compliant payment process.
- Monitor workflow queues and progress tasks efficiently through each stage of the payment lifecycle.
- Carry out post-payment checks and controls to help maintain accuracy and minimize risk.
- Respond to payment-related queries professionally and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to quality monitoring, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- Identify potential issues early and escalate risks appropriately to support effective operational controls.

Qualifications
Knowledge, skills, and experience
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or relevant transferable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately when handling financial transactions and client information.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
