There has never been a more exciting time to be a B2B marketing leader at one of the world's most innovative financial institutions. At JPMorganChase, we are transforming how we engage with financial institution clients across the globe — and we are looking for a strategic, execution-focused marketing professional to help lead that charge.

As a Vice President at JPMorganChase within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Global Financial Institutions Group Payments Sales Marketing team, you will own the segment growth strategy and drive global pipeline outcomes for defined client segments. You sit at the intersection of Sales, Industry, and Payments Marketing — translating segment-specific needs into repeatable, scalable engagement programs that resonate with distinct client audiences. Reporting to the Global Head of FIG Payments Sales Marketing, you will serve as the marketing team's day-to-day partner to senior sales stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that acquire, grow, and retain clients at scale. This role may include people management responsibilities based on coverage needs and team structure.

Job responsibilities

  • Set and own the segment growth strategy globally, defining the integrated campaign approach and delivering measurable pipeline outcomes for targeted client segments
  • Design and execute full-funnel demand programs — including acquisition, lifecycle marketing, partner motions, and account-based marketing — ensuring consistent end-to-end planning and delivery
  • Partner with regional teams to localize strategy and activate demand and revenue in-market, balancing global consistency with local relevance
  • Serve as the marketing team's primary day-to-day partner to senior sales stakeholders, owning the operating cadence including pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and quarterly business review inputs
  • Manage intake and prioritization for segment marketing needs, making clear decisions on what to build, for whom, and when — balancing impact, effort, and scalability
  • Align with Product Marketing go-to-market plans, including segmentation approach, journey and track planning, and iterative improvement based on performance results
  • Drive adoption and execution discipline by establishing service-level agreements, ensuring timely delivery of inputs such as target lists, and increasing consistent usage of approved assets and engagement tracks
  • Scale industry relevance through modular industry tracks, maintaining segment-specific proof points, use cases, regulatory considerations, and objection-handling frameworks
  • Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Industry, and Payments Marketing, providing clear reporting on status, dependencies, performance, and next steps
  • Capture learnings and continuously improve programs to increase scalability, efficiency, and measurable impact over time

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
