Payment Solutions Administrator (Hybrid)

Full-time, Derby, United Kingdom

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact on our client payment accounts in the handling of invoices. This includes accurately checking and processing incoming invoices from venues on payment accounts daily and the creation and distribution of client and commission invoices. You will focus on matching and validating client Purchase Order’s to invoices. You will also be accountable for raising and resolving any queries on invoices, with both the operational team and the venue to ensure that a correct invoice is received.

As a Payment Solutions Administrator, you will

  • Ensure that all supplier invoices are in line with contractual parameters
  • Pass on approved invoice to the Finance team so that the payment can be made to the venue in line with our standard operating procedures
  • Perform full reconciliation of the booking in our own bespoke booking system
  • Maximise revenue through an accurate and timely client billing process
  • Prepare monthly/ongoing billing and reporting for external clients
  • Support the finance management team to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of billing
  • Liaise with the credit control team to resolve queries on client and commission invoices
  • Run reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting process
  • Prepare customer financial reporting, analysis, and billing

About You

  • Previous invoice checking / billing experience is advantageous
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven database entering and extracting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms)
  • Customer Service experience
  • Comfortable working to deadlines
  • Ability to work and adapt to a variety of internal and external processes and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English
