Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving successful technology projects and fostering high-performance teams? Paymentology is looking for a dynamic Head of Delivery to join our global team and make an impact!
What You Get To Do
Strategic Planning
- Align project delivery strategies with our business goals and technology roadmap.
- Standardise processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Implement and maintain a centralised delivery management system for streamlined project oversight.
Project Management & Delivery
- Oversee technology projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement robust project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for project success.
- Ensure seamless coordination between engineering and other teams.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the delivery team to achieve project objectives.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify skill gaps and provide training opportunities.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project delivery.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks in a timely and transparent manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with delivery outcomes.
- Ensure client requirements are understood and met, delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
What It Takes To Succeed
- 10+ years of experience in project delivery, project management, or program management.
- Significant experience working within regulated financial services is a requirement.
- Experience in software delivery with external customers.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture to understand and manage the technical aspects of project delivery.
