About VFX

VFX Financial is one of the UK’s fastest-growing FinTechs, helping complex organisations move, manage, and protect money across borders. Built for specialist sectors, multi-jurisdiction structures, and high-compliance environments, we support businesses whose needs go beyond standard banking. We’re selective about who we work with because exceptional service requires focus and commitment.

With six international offices, five regulatory licences, and an 83% CAGR over the past three years, we’re scaling rapidly and earning industry recognition along the way — including the Financial Times FT1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2026, CNBC UK’s Top Fintech Companies 2025, Wealth & Finance FinTech Awards 2026, and the Business Growth Award from Business Awards UK.

Behind it all is a team of ambitious VFXers united by collective ownership, a focus on growth, and a shared passion for solving complex problems.

About the Role

VFX are looking for sharp, numerate Payments Analysts to join our growing Treasury team — the engine room of our business. This team is responsible for managing the Group’s cash, safeguarding client funds, and ensuring smooth, timely payments across our global network.

Reporting into the Head of Treasury, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations alongside our Payments Analyst team, from funding accounts and processing payments to investigating queries and reconciling with our banking partners. It’s a hands-on role with real impact — ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives on precision, and wants to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.

No prior experience is required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
