Justt Chargebacks and Payments Expert - EMEA
Justt is a leader in AI-driven chargeback automation. We help enterprise merchants, PSPs, and PayFacs recover revenue, cut operational load, and win more disputes at scale.
The Role
You are Justt's senior, externally facing chargebacks and payments expert for EMEA. You are not quota-carrying, but you are measured on revenue: you shorten sales cycles, raise win rates on strategic deals, and make Justt the name EMEA payments leaders think of first for disputes.
You sit between Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success and Product. You are the trusted expert in the room with customers, and the voice of the EMEA market inside Justt.
Key Responsibilities
Senior SME for Revenue Growth and Strategic Accounts (~20%)
- Be the go-to payments and chargebacks expert for EMEA's strategic merchants, PSPs and PayFacs, before and after the sale.
- Join business reviews and escalations on top EMEA accounts when executive credibility is needed, then hand operational follow-up to CSM and SE.
- Spot expansion angles (new MIDs, regions, PSPs, alerts/RDR strategy) and bring them to the account owner.
External Representation: Conferences, Events and Forums (~25%)
- Own Justt's EMEA event presence: MRC and PLS (London, Amsterdam), Money20/20 Europe, Merchant Payments Ecosystem, and country forums (DACH, Benelux, Nordics, France, Iberia).
- Lead roundtables, breakfast briefings, panels and fireside chats yourself; bring customers on stage with you.
- Sit on industry bodies and working groups (e.g. MRC EMEA committees, the Payments Association) and turn what you hear into Justt intel.
- Help recruit EMEA members for the Justt Council (our advisory and evangelist network) and co-host its sessions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Partner with Sales on Complex, High-Value Deals (~35%)
- Join executive calls on enterprise deals: chargeback strategy, ROI framing, objection handling and late-stage validation.
- Run dispute-strategy workshops with Heads of Payments, Risk and Operations (alerts vs representment vs automation, evidence quality, network monitoring programmes).
- Support PSP, acquirer and PayFac co-selling with domain credibility.
- Prep AEs before key meetings and coach them on the payments story, so the team gets stronger without you in every call.
Thought Leadership and Client-Facing Content (~15%)
- Publish an original EMEA point of view at a steady pace: articles, LinkedIn, webinars, podcasts, and pieces in outlets like The Paypers.
- Cover EMEA-specific topics: PSD2/PSD3 and SCA, 3DS liability shift, Visa VAMP and Compelling Evidence 3.0, Mastercard monitoring programmes, local schemes (Cartes Bancaires, iDEAL/Wero), APMs and agentic commerce.
- Interview customers to build case studies and reference stories for the EMEA pipeline.
- Build reusable assets (talk tracks, one-pagers, benchmark decks) with Marketing and Enablement.
Voice of the Customer Internally (~5%)
- Turn EMEA customer and market feedback into clear, prioritised product input, with Product and CS.
- Share scheme and regulatory changes with Sales, CS and Product as they happen, with a short "what this means for our merchants" note.
- Feed EMEA insight into go-to-market choices: target verticals, messaging and event mix.
What Success Looks Like
You'll make an impact from week one. In your first 90 days you'll join live EMEA deal calls and build relationships with the regional sales and customer teams. You'll also lead your first events, publish original content and support 10+ active opportunities. Within a year, deals you support will close faster and at a higher win rate, and you'll be a recognized EMEA voice with regular speaking slots at top industry events.
