Role Description

The Payments – Fintech Payments Sales Senior Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This team member will drive sales of StrideHQ’s payments solutions to talent agencies, brands, and other businesses engaged in creator campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Conducting product demos
  • Preparing proposals
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach through contract closure

The role also involves:

  • Collaborating with product and operations teams to understand customer needs
  • Providing feedback on platform improvements
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients to ensure successful payment workflows

The Senior Associate will:

  • Maintain an active pipeline
  • Track performance metrics
  • Contribute to revenue growth through data-driven sales strategies and strong client relationships

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs, interpreting sales data, and optimizing payment solutions.
  • Knowledge of payment card processing and digital payment workflows, ideally within a fintech or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal abilities for client presentations and negotiations.
  • Foundational understanding of finance and accounting principles relevant to payment reconciliation and revenue tracking.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and meet sales targets.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and data dashboards to manage pipelines and report on performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with the creator economy, talent agencies, or media/marketing industries is a plus.
